Saskatchewan’s structured CBT program for tinnitus
A clinician-led program for adults whose tinnitus has taken over sleep, focus, and daily life. Five live group sessions, structured self-study, and individual check-ins — delivered across Saskatchewan by secure video.
Both are free. No referral needed. Not a cure — a structured way to get your life back from the loop.
When tinnitus takes over
Checking whether the sound has changed. Avoiding quiet. Fearing bedtime. Searching for certainty and measuring whether today is worse than yesterday. That loop — not the sound alone — is what keeps tinnitus in the foreground.
This program doesn’t promise a cure, and it doesn’t replace medical care. The work is to help your nervous system, attention, thoughts, and daily choices stop treating every tinnitus moment as an emergency.
How it works
No referral needed. Every stage has one job, and you always know what comes next.

If screening suggests you need medical care, crisis support, or individual therapy first — we say so plainly and help you get there.

Each of the five group sessions targets one part of the distress loop, then the skills deepen through self-study and check-ins.

Ready to explore the program — or just want a private first step? Both cost nothing.
About 10–15 minutes, on your own time, from any device. It checks program fit, current risk, medical red flags, sleep impact, and distress level. Completing it doesn’t commit you to anything.
Answer a few focused questions about your tinnitus pattern, stress response, sleep, and coping. Get a private, personalized starter plan you can use right away — keep it to yourself or share it with STG later.
The starter plan offers general wellness information only — not a diagnosis, therapy, medical advice, or an emergency service. Sudden hearing changes or acute medical symptoms require medical care.
In crisis right now? Use urgent local crisis or emergency support first — call or text 9-8-8 anytime in Canada.
